Who we are

Neuronic Foundry is a Fromel business. We design and build websites, host them, and help design products made on demand. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Neuronic Foundry, and “you” means anyone using this website or working with us.

Using this website

You're welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please don't try to break it, overload it, copy it wholesale to pass off as your own, or use it to mislead anyone about who we are.

We keep the site accurate and up to date as best we can, but it's provided as it is. Prices, timings and details on these pages are a guide; what we agree with you in writing is what counts.

Working with us

Before any paid work begins, we agree the scope, the price and the timing with you in writing. That agreement governs the work. If it says something different from these terms, the agreement wins.

Unless your agreement says otherwise, the site we build for you is yours to keep once it's paid for: you get the files and the right to use them, host them elsewhere or change them.

The Standard

We only take on work that meets the Standard, and we may decline any project for that reason, whatever the fee. If a client's work comes to fail the Standard during an engagement, we'll say so plainly, and how the work ends is set out in your agreement.

Hosting

When we host a site for you, we keep it running with care, backed up, and on infrastructure built for reliability. No service is ever up every minute of every day; availability, support and anything we commit to beyond that are set out in your hosting agreement.

What belongs to whom

The words, design, the Neuronic Foundry mark and wordmark on this site belong to Neuronic Foundry. Work we make for you is covered by your agreement, as above.

We link to other sites we think are worth your time. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they say or do.

Limits

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website. Our responsibility for work we do for you is set out in your agreement. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that can't be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Work already agreed stays under the terms of its agreement.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
